For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by the concept of healing—not just the physical, but the emotional and spiritual layers that make up who we are. Reiki has been a transformative force in my life for years; I’ve received it many times and experienced its profound effects. Recently, I took a leap that has been quietly calling to me for years: I enrolled in a Reiki 1 class to learn how to give Reiki to others. Now that I’ve taken the first steps into this practice, I feel an overwhelming sense of excitement and purpose. This next chapter feels like a beautiful homecoming to myself.


What Reiki Means to Me

Reiki, which means “universal life energy,” is more than just a method of healing; it’s a way of connecting. Through this practice, I’ve learned to tap into the flow of energy that surrounds and moves within us all. It’s not something you can see, but it’s something you can feel—a warmth, a lightness, or even just a quiet knowing.
